This product, (SBLOC) typically available only to the very highest net worth investors, was developed to provide lines of credit leveraging securities portfolios to a higher loan to value than a standard margin loan. You take advantage of the lowest possible interest rates and retain the security of maintaining full ownership of your securities. A SBLOC can be used for most any legal purpose (other than the purchase of additional marginable securities) including real estate transactions, business financing or even the purchase of luxury items.
What You Get:

Funds can be made available within 48-72 hours from the time your securities are placed into your new brokerage account.
