James Penny
Founder and CEO
James Penny founded Compound Profit and leads the company as Chief Executive Officer. He possesses more than 25 years of experience in the technology and financial services industries. His portfolio includes launching, training and supporting approximately 200 international factoring companies in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand and Australia . During this time Penny developed high-tech systems designed to help factoring and finance companies maximize the velocity of success in sales and client support. Penny's extensive background includes supervisory and managerial roles at World Savings spearheading technology development, Vice President of Interface Financial Group., as well as serving as Vice President of Liquid Capital Corp. Penny integrated his years of experience in the technology and financial services industries to launch Compound Profit in 2006.
Trent Lee
President
Trent Lee was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV. He served as a full-time church volunteer in Peru for two years and upon his return completed a degree in Business Accounting and was later accepted to Harvard’s Master of Finance program were he completed part of his degree and then transferred to Texas A & M MBA program. Trent co-founded Corporate Credit Concepts in 2006 and has since worked with over 15,000 clients and raised over 200 million dollars in financing for small business owners. Corporate Credit Concepts is seen as one of the leaders in the business credit space. Trent has been invited to speak at hundreds of seminars and educational workshops as a Business Credit Expert; he has shared the stage with Donald Trump and Newt Gingrich to name a few. In 2009, Trent wrote “Unlimited Financing,” a how-to book about business credit that became the number 1 best seller on Amazon.com on the date of release (even outselling Warren Buffet biography and new release). He has since had 23 articles published on business credit in different niches and publications, one of which is published and used by Experian.
Walter L. Good

Walter is recognized as a proven marketing executive with over 24-years of senior management experience. His career has revolved around the software publishing and technology market spanning the lifecycle experience of start-up, capitalization and IPO. Mr. Good brings a unique and compelling ability to align brand, technology application and development with customer requirements and needs that provide a solid foundation for market growth.
Walter Good vision and marketing knowledge was initially formed during his tenure at Autodesk, Inc. As VP of Sales and Business Development, Walter was recognized as the driving force for the development of Autodesk legendary global value added reseller channel.
In early 2000’s Walter was in the center of the evolution of the Global Internet Research Market. As co-founder of Market Tools, Walter Good managed the corporate sales and marketing strategy, and was directly responsible for partnership with strategic investors and clients including General Mills, P&G, Microsoft and Nestle.
Most recently, Walter Good’s served as President of the E-Myth Worldwide Company. E-Myth is the largest global provider of business education and coaching programs to small and mid-size business owners. The company famous for its E-Myth business success book has impacted the success of literally millions of entrepreneurs on a global scale.
Chad Lee
CFO
Chad Lee has been in the entrepreneur and business field for over 30 years. During those years he has mastered the use business credit resources to successfully start and grow companies. In fact, he has personally grown 8 unique companies to profitable organizations that have sold well in excess of 10 million dollars. Chad learned early that a company must be setup and managed the right way in order to attract valuable bank loans.
Having a passion for helping small business get off to a good start and grow; Chad founded Corporate Credit Concepts in 2005. Since that time he has successfully guided 1,000’s of small businesses to develop a business credit asset to increase valuation and credibility of their company. This powerful business credit asset has enabled his clients to position themselves with underwriters, and obtain over 50 million in business funding.
Jack Correro
Vice President
Jack Correro brings more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry to his role as Vice President. After serving in the USAF Jack started his career with Brunswick Corp. and in 1974 joined First National Bank's Factoring Division. and then co-founded TAFCO Financial Corporation, which he managed until 1989. Correro managed marketing and underwriting activities for Dallas based factoring companies until 2000 when he became manager of the Regional Credit department for a large, national factor. In 2004, he started a financial and marketing consulting practice and joined Compound Profit two years later. Correro received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas in Arlington and holds a Standard Certificate from the American Institute of Banking.
